Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov explained that the decision to gift the luxury car was influenced by Kim’s fondness for it during his visit. He emphasized Russia’s commitment to developing relations with neighboring countries, including North Korea, stating, “North Korea is our close neighbor, and we intend to continue fostering relations with all neighbors.”
