Job Description

The job seeker will act as a liaison, give product / services information, answer questions, and resolve any arising problems that our client accounts might face with delicacy and effectiveness.

Responsibilities That The Candidate Must Carry

* Manage and address large Quantities of incoming phone calls

* Identify and assess guests ’ needs to achieve satisfaction

* figure and build a very strong sustainable connections and trust with client accounts through open and interactive communication

* Give accurate, valid and complete information by use of available software

* Meet particular/ client service platoon deals targets and call handling proportions

* Handle client complaints with meekness and humbleness.
