· Ensure superb customer experience and professional customer support.
· Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
· Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
· Knowing the company’s products to easily sell or answer questions.
· Generate sales leads to all our Product, Probate services, Inverse, VRS, APEMS ,Reddeals and Easycoop
· Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
· Meet personal/team sales targets and quotas
· Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information for analyzing customer needs.
· Liaise with the external solicitor for confirmation of Letter of administrator
· Implementing business strategies, Plan and Procedure
· Communicating with customers through various channels.
· Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
· Support the business goal setting and drive implementation of corporate objectives
Daily activities include the following
· Receiving of all incoming mails and request.
· Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
· Capturing of E-dividend mandate request
· Capturing of change of addresses request
· Capturing of corrected and change of name
· Uploading of request on CRM
· Verification of e-mandate form
· Creating of Estate /administrators account
· Merging of Accounts
· Removal of bank mandates
· Confirmation of banker’s confirmation of signatures.
· Product sales
· Scanning of request documents and forms
· Scheduling mails to head office
· Updating shareholders details
· Uploading E-mandate form on NIBSS portal
· Uploading of signature
· Printing of account statement
· Attends to customer’s inquiries; Customer Service
